Convert sensitivity in three steps

  1. 1. Select both games

Choose the game your muscle memory comes from and the one you are switching to.

  2. 2. Enter sensitivity and DPI

Use the exact in-game value; decimals matter. DPI only affects the cm per 360 readout, not the converted number.

  3. 3. Copy the result

Paste the converted value into the new game. Your 360 distance will match to the millimetre.

Why yaw-based conversion is the right method

Exact yaw values

Each game has a fixed degrees-per-count yaw. The converter uses those constants, not approximations.

cm per 360 shown

The universal measure of sensitivity, so you can compare with pros and friends regardless of game.

Sensitivity terms

Yaw
Degrees of horizontal rotation per mouse count at sensitivity 1. CS2 is 0.022, Valorant is 0.07.
cm per 360
Physical mouse travel needed for a full turn. The same cm/360 feels identical in any game.
eDPI
Effective DPI, DPI multiplied by in-game sensitivity. Only comparable between games with the same yaw.
Muscle memory
Learned motor patterns tied to a specific cm/360. Keeping it constant lets skill transfer between games.

Sensitivity conversion questions

Is Fortnite sensitivity a percent?

Yes. Enter the percent value as shown in Fortnite; the converter uses the matching yaw.

Why does the converted value have many decimals?

Some games only accept two decimals. Round to the nearest allowed step; the difference is negligible.

Does FOV change the conversion?

Not for hip-fire horizontal turns. ADS and scoped sensitivities are a separate setting in most games.

Should I keep my DPI the same across games?

Yes. Change only the in-game sensitivity so your eDPI and cm/360 stay consistent.

Fix a conversion that feels wrong

New game feels faster

Check that raw input is enabled in the new game and that the old game did not have a sensitivity multiplier in its config file.

Values differ from another converter

Some tools use outdated yaw values after patches. This page uses the current values; verify in the game's config if unsure.

Result is zero or blank

Sensitivity and DPI must both be greater than zero.
